© Olivier Philippot Consulting - Marketing consulting - Strategic development of clients, new markets, innovations

Trained in marketing, my career in both corporate settings and in consulting has allowed me to develop multi-sector marketing experience, bringing together strategic vision, client sensitivity and pragmatism.

 

After having begun by managing product campaigns, my career evolved towards a more global responsibility over a dynamic and competitive market, which is strategic for the acquisition of new clients. I participate in the trend and the evolution of this sector with a more cross-channel approach to the customer.

 

In this framework, I created and implemented a customer strategy (market analysis, consumer insights, qualitative and quantitative studies, development of customer loyalty…) and stimulated a network of around 40 regional departments.

 

After this, I worked in several consulting firms mainly dealing with client projects (segmentation, CRM, market research…) and training of select networks of sales partners.

 

I have been working for 15 years on BtoC and BtoBtoC marketing projects and more particularly on these topics:

- Identifying and developing strategic new client segments or innovating markets

- Training and assisting indirect sales distribution networks

 

As a freelance consultant, I have acquired knowledge of digital strategy and web design.
